Support Workers (Full time, Part time, Bank)

Arc HD Services Ltd is recruiting support workers as we grow. Our experienced staff team is guided by a skilled Mental Health Nurse and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who meet regularly with them.

Support Workers are required to provide social and independent learning opportunities and emotional support. They should be resilient, nurturing in nature, dynamic and active, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

All Support Workers will be provided with the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare award as part of their professional development unless they already hold a recognized equivalent qualification.

All staff are required to apply for a disclosure at the enhanced level from the Disclosure & Barring Service. For further information, visit http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/DBS.

Our full time working hours are 39 hours per week (including weekend and evening work), with 6 weeks paid holiday per year.

We also have a team of bank staff who work on an adhoc hourly basis when required.

Our salary is above the industry standard and is designed to attract the most experienced and motivated professionals. Employment involves 6 months training and is subject to a probationary period.

If you would be interested in working for Arc HD Services either now or in the future, please forward your CV to admin@arc-hd.com or Annette.mckeown@arc-hd.com and we will contact you for an informal discussion. All enquiries will be treated in confidence.

NB - ARC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share that commitment.
